With the experience he gained while working in the private sector, along with working as an extern for the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s office and as an extern for a Federal Magistrate Judge during law school, Mr. Schwartzberg represented clients in family law, criminal and civil proceedings in various counties across Southern California. In 2013, Mr. Schwartzberg partnered with his long time friend and colleague, Michael J. Luther and they founded Schwartzberg | Luther, APC. Mr. Schwartzberg currently leads the firm’s litigation department and has successfully represented clients all over Southern California in personal injury, criminal defense, insurance law, contract disputes and real estate fraud matters.
